I am a mathematics teacher at Alabama Christian Academy. This is my first year at ACA, and I am so excited to be apart of the ACA family. I got my bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. I also have a master's degree from Auburn University in Secondary Mathematics Education. I am a huge Alabama fan! ROLL TIDE! :) I love to learn about anything and everything! I love my family and friends.
As I start my 6th year of teaching, I am currently teaching PreCalculus, AP Calculus AB, and Dual Enrollment Finite Mathematics. I spent my first 5 years at Tallassee High School and during my time there I taught Advanced Algebra 1, Algebra 1A, Algebra 1B, Pre-AP Algebra 2 with Trigonometry, and ACat Prep. I consider myself a lifetime learner. I am interested in mathematics investigations, interactive notebooks, and instructional technology. I welcome all comments and feedback.
